Stadler Völkel Attorneys at Law have advised Uni Immo GmbH in connection with the successful issuing of a EUR 5 million bond and its inclusion on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
The fixed-interest bond with maturity in 2022 is being issued since 5 October 2017 (ISIN AT0000A1XFN2). Beginning on 27 October 2017, the bond will be traded on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The issuer will use the funds raised to further develop its real estate business with a regional focus on Austria.
