On 15.3.2019 the International Chamber of Commerce of Russia (ICC) invited again this year to the conference "Documentary Business and International Payments: Key Trends, Challenges and Prospects" hosted by VTB Bank. The ICC traditionally invites leading experts from international trade and the legal community to speak at the conference. At the conference in Moscow, Oliver Völkel, as a speaker made a presentation on regulatory practice in the FinTech sector in Austria.
