On 22 November 2021 the tenth annual conference of the Austrian Company Law Association (GVÖ) will take place. This year's conference is dedicated to the topic "Corporate Finance and Corporate Law". In the form of short guest lectures and short discussion rounds with the audience, an effort will be made to explain and scrutinize business and social conditions and decision-making criteria, particularly in view of the company crisis.
Our founding partner Dr. Oliver Völkel, LL.M. will give a lecture on the topic "Corporate Finance in the Digital Age" and in a follow-up discussion will answer legal questions from the audience on increasing digitalization, particularly with regard to blockchain technology.
Participation is free of charge.
The number of participants is limited. Availability will be allocated in the order of registration at sekretariat.torggler@univie.ac.at.
