Oliver Völkel in the current issue of the Journal of Health Law (Zeitschrift für Gesundheitsrecht) on "The Ordination in the Hospital". Cooperations between hospitals and physicians having their ordination seat within a hospital are becoming increasingly popular. Such cooperation may not be permissible in any case, however.
