In connection with vouchers, interesting legal questions arise, such as what has to be considered in case of a time limit on the redeemability. This booklet is intended to provide an overview of all the issues surrounding the topic. In addition to relevant court decisions, the booklet also includes specifics on vouchers and repayment obligations in the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic.
