Stadler Völkel Attorneys at Law advised on the structuring of the first security token offering which will be carried out on Black Manta's investment platform.

About Black Manta Capital Partners

Black Manta Capital Partners (BMCP) are a MiFID II-compliant financial services institution regulated by the German BaFin, that specializes in the structuring of security token offerings (STOs). STOs are a way of offering securities to interested investors for subscription. Noteworthy about it is the use of blockchain technology to facilitate the issue and as well as later tasks. Instead of a physical certificate, tokens are issued that represent the rights attached to the security.

The first project to be carried out via the Black Manta platform concerns the financing of part of the costs of the Berlin real estate project S17A. Alexander Rapatz, Managing Partner of Black Manta about the project: " cannot imagine a more ideal first STO for our platform: an economically attractive offer from a solid and stable real estate developer, and that in a Berlin premium location."

Oliver Stauber, partner emeritus at Stadler Völkel, structured the issue: "I am very pleased that, together with Black Manta Capital, we can successfully provide legal support for the Tigris Group to the first tokenization of a real estate project in the form of the first Real Estate STO approved by BaFin.".

Oliver Völkel, specializing in capital markets and crypto law about the project: "We have gained extensive experience in the legal support of security token offerings in the past and advise on a large number of important blockchain projects. I am pleased that we are seen as a competent and reliable partner in the industry."
