The two new directives (Dir. on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, Dir. on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods) provide, among other things, for update obligations for entrepreneurs dealing with digital services and the time extension in favour of consumers regarding the shifting of the burden of proof.
