Influencer marketing from a legal perspective: On 22 May 2019, the Handelsverband-Akademie will hold a seminar on influencer marketing for retailers. Attorney Arthur Stadler and blogger Manuel Vogelsberger will lead the seminar. They will identify advantages and opportunities of influencer marketing, point out best practices for influencer co-operation and discuss above all labelling obligations with advertisement, including current case law examples. Both lecturers will share insights relevant to the daily life of influencers.
